bestchance is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team of highly professional Allied Health professionals to provide services within our Early Childhood Intervention program, supporting children aged 0-10 years. This position will give you the opportunity to work within an experienced transdisciplinary team providing a broad range of high quality, community based services using family-centred principles.

About the role:
• Provide therapy services for children aged 0-10 years, using a strengths based, family-centred approach
• Enjoy a professional and friendly environment which embraces flexibility, innovation and collaboration

• Enjoy the various ways in which you can provide services - on an individual or group basis, at the child’s home / childcare / kindergarten / school, or at bestchance. This includes an exciting new School Readiness initiative, providing capacity building support services directly to preschool educators
• Gain the benefits of working in a unique organisation which provides a range of integrated early childhood services (i.e. child care, family day care, kindergarten, Cheshire school, Kindergarten Cluster program and Early Childhood Intervention)

• Minimum of 2 years professional experience working with children
• Knowledge and experience providing evidence based services for children 0–10 years with developmental delay or disability
• Experience using the Key Worker transdisciplinary approach and/or principals of family centred practice.
